Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

The crackling fire keeps the nipping air at bay. Condensation clings to the windows and all outside is covered in a blanket of white. Time to fetch a blanket of your own and snuggle up on the couch with a delicious steaming beverage! Infused with cinnamon, this healthier hot chocolate is a sweet, warming dream in a cup.

 Tip: Try adding other spices to get the flavour you desire!

 

Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

Yield:  2 servings

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients:

2 cups of unsweetened almond milk

3 tablespoons cacao powder

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon cinnamon

 

Directions:

1.     Add all ingredients to a blender until fully combined.

2.     Transfer mixture to a saucepan and warm on stove until it just reaches the boiling point.

3.     Pour into two mugs and enjoy!
