This Chocolate Avocado Pudding is super easy to make and nourishingly delicious. It’s creamy, chocolaty and very moreish! But guess what? You don’t have to feel guilty about eating this pudding, because it’s packed with nutrients!

Cacao is a great source of antioxidants that help us fight off disease and magnesium to help our bodies relax. Chocolate and amazing nutrients – can’t get much better than that!

Avocados are super creamy, giving this pudding its silky texture, while also providing a great source of monounsaturated fat.

Raw honey is a great natural sweetener. It not only gives your dishes that sweet taste – it is also loaded with vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants. Sweet, nutritionally loaded and tasty!

Try out the recipe for some chocolaty creamy goodness. Serve it for dessert or enjoy as a snack.

Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Yields: 1 serving

Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 avocado

1 tablespoon raw honey

2 tablespoons cacao powder

¼ cup almond milk

Preparation:

1.     Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until you reach a smooth consistency.

2.     Top with nuts if desired.
