Facebook Group

Join the Healthy Habits Facebook Group so you can share your experiences, learn from others, and ask any questions you may have as part of a likeminded and supportive online community. I will be checking in several time per week to answer questions, offer support, and share information.

A Facebook Live Q&A will be held every month. Keep an eye on the Healthy Habits Facebook Group, as I will be asking for your questions a week before the Facebook Live Q&A.

Handouts

These handouts will provide you with information to help you easily incorporate some healthy habits into your life. You’ll find everything from a food journal template to substitutions that will assist you in making healthier food choices. Think of these as ‘cheat sheets’ for healthy living.
