Whether it is the food we put in our body, the stress management techniques we use to help us along, or the exercise we choose to engage in, there are so many people, organizations, and groups trying to influence us, attempting to sway our decision to buy the ‘next best thing’ for our health.

I've tried everything!
I hear ya! There are so many programs, services, supplements, medications, fitness routines, workouts, one-on-one consultations and meal plans out there and you probably tried many of them but they didn't stick.
That’s why I’ve created this online membership program. With continuous support from a trained Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant™ and lifestyle guru, and with support from other experts in the fields of meditation, exercise, and more, you will be guided to develop the healthy habits that are right for you, as an individual. Drawing on my additional training in Culinary Nutrition, I will provide you with healthy meal plans, food substitutions, and nutritional information to help you achieve healthy habits in your relationship to food and nutrition. You will also learn about healthy habits in other areas of your life, all contributing to a holistic, personal wellness philosophy that isn’t just some flash in the pan, but a long-term, sustainable, and effective means of becoming healthier – for life.
Your Coach and Nutritional Consultant
Hi! I'm Jessica Mitton, a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant™ and Culinary Nutrition Expert. After going through my own health challenges and overcoming them with healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes I now want to share this knowledge with you! One-on-one nutritional consultations are a service of the past. With the support in this membership program, I will be able to motivate you and provide you with the guidance you need to stay on track!
I believe in a holistic approach, taking into consideration the body, mind and spirit. I am also fascinated by the healing potential of natural, whole food and how it can be used to help individuals improve their overall health and quality of life.
Jessica has been featured in the Academy of Culinary Nutrition’s 2016, 2017 and 2018 From Scratch cookbooks and is a former recipe contributor for Co-op Atlantic. She has given presentations and demonstrations at high schools and numerous public events, and has also been featured in Optimyz, Old Crow and Co-op Dish magazines as well as Exploring Mind and Body and VOBB radio. Jessica is the author of Some Good cookbook, which will be available June 2018 through Breakwater Books.

As a member of the Health Habits Online Membership, you will receive ongoing support from yours truly as well as motivation and accountability in a shared supportive online environment with like-minded individuals.
My story and a few words
Living a life full of healthy habits wasn't always the way I lived. Before realizing healthy lifestyle habits and how food made a beneficial impact on my health, I was sick.
I was tired, anemic, nutrient deficient, lacking energy, overweight and constantly constipated. I had digestive issues, was stressed and anxious, and was eventually diagnosed with a massive uterine fibroid tumour, making me look about four months pregnant (yes, it was that big) and leaving me with a very poor quality of life. Not only did I have a honeydew melon-sized mass growing inside my lady parts and squeezing the good out of my other internal organs; I also had a cyst on one of my ovaries and one in my breast. My hormones were running amok!
But then I received the support and guidance along with some amazing tools and resources to help guide me to a thriving life!
After incorporating the right foods and healthy habits in my life, I have seen my cysts disappear, my energy levels skyrocket, and my nutrient deficiencies disappear. I have shed the excess weight and no longer suffer from the digestive issues I had before. My stress levels have leveled out to something more akin to normality, my anxiety has decreased, and I’m able to come at everyday challenges with vim and vigour.
