Importance of Exercise

Exercise is a very important part of a healthy lifestyle. Including some type of exercise or movement will greatly benefit your health for the present and future. You don’t have to join a gym, start bodybuilding, or run marathons to make a difference (but if that’s what you’re into – go for it!) The key is to choose types of exercise you enjoy and can sustain long-term. Getting that heart rate up and your blood pumping at least 3 - 5 times a week will make all the difference.
